outlook express收e-mail沒有附件

這個問題困擾以久，多位使用者曾經說過這方面的問題，但是卻都查無原因，

有以下特徵：

1.收件者使用outlook exprss收信

2.收下的信件沒有附件，但是信件大小卻出奇的大，一般文字信件皆1x~2xkb，但是帶附件的信件大小會到上百kb或mb大小，可見檔案存在卻看不到。

Reason:

寄件者使用outlook 2003以上版本寄出信件，寄件格式為TNEF格式，而Outlook express無法辨識此格式，故變成沒有附件的樣子。

Solution:

1.請使用者升級為outlook 200x以上版本收信件。

2.請寄件者將寄件格式更改為txt或html

注意： 若要傳送給特定收件者使用 RTF 格式和其他人使用純文字格式的收件者，寄件者必須在 [個人通訊錄] 或 [收件者連絡人記錄中設定收件者選項。

3.修改收件者寄送個人內容格式
寄件者可以使用下列步驟來從 「 個人通訊錄中的收件者屬性中移除 rt f 格式：

1. 按一下 [工具] 功能表上的 [通訊錄] 
2. 選取您想要設定為純文字的收件者，然後按一下 [檔案] 功能表上的 [內容] 
3. 在聯絡人明細的電子郵件欄位上面按右鍵選[Outlook內容]，或是在位址上快點滑鼠左鍵兩次
4. 打開[電子郵件內容]對話框，[網際網路格式]中選擇[僅傳送純文字]選項

4.已寄信件利用程式winmail opener或Winmail Reader將寄件mail中的winmail.dat讀出檔案

5.如果信件內並無*.dat檔，請按照下列步驟
 Outlook Express does not display any message attachments if TNEF-encoded file (winmail.dat) was received. If you are expecting some attachment, but do not see any, it still can be there.
To decode such a message perform the following steps:

1. Save the whole e-mail message to an *.EML file via File, Save As, or Drag-and-drop.
2. Open the *.EML file in a text editor such as Wordpad or Notepad.
3. Locate the line Content-Type: application/ms-tnef;, and change the Content subtype to something else, such as Content-Type: application/zzz;
4. Locate the line name="winmail.dat" and change to name="winmail.tnf". You may change the winmail part as well, if desired.
5. Save the *.EML file from the text editor.
6. Double click the *.EML file from the Windows File Explorer. This will open the message in a mail window and the TNEF attachment should now be available for saving.
7. Drag the saved attachment into the Winmail Opener program. Decoded attachments will then be there and can be dragged or opened.
